Those who stir the pot recognize a deep truth of Eros: Love is dynamic & ever-renewing. It is growth and evolution.

There are no laurels in love or in Eros. There is no rest for the lovers. At the foundation of love is courage. Not a one-shot courage, but a moment by moment, stroke by stroke courage. Courage that is with us in both love and death. Courage that, when the bomb goes off, we know will remain.

Only then can we begin to live.
