There is no comfortable distancing on the path of Eros. On this path we aim to become one with the force that pushes the bud open; love the disruptor, the “other,” the enemy, into its evolved form where it can take its place amongst all things; live the radical declaration in word and deed that nothing is separate, nothing is outside the reach of love, and if anything looks to be other, be part of the force that is here to reveal otherwise. Not to talk about it within the walls of a sacred intuition, but to live and be it. To get dirty, to jump in the hole with the person who fell in because we have allowed ourselves to fall in and we know the way out. Our titles do not matter, our income does not matter, our pedigree does not matter. Our effectiveness does matter and is measured by how themselves things become in our presence; how safe life feels being vulnerable with us, or fierce with us, or honest with us, or open with us. And not because we have no impact but because we use every last drop of our impact to ensure that life and the people in it are honored.
