Being truly vulnerable—expressing our interior world in this exact moment—frees us.
It’s a power to move others.
Vulnerability is not calculating our words, it’s not blame, and it’s not confession.
We may not always get the result we want when we’re vulnerable, but we feel emptied.
Anywhere we withheld vulnerability from another human being is a place we remain in bondage with them.
It doesn’t matter if they are in connection with us or not.
What matters is if we were honest with ourselves and by extension honest with them.
