Living in the Groundswell of Joy

I’ve explored a lot of modalities, and honestly, the best medicine I’ve found is joy. The kind of joy where you lock in and never leave, no matter the circumstances.

Part of it is realizing that it’s okay to step off the platform of problems.

For a long time, I thought that being tethered to struggle was adulthood, believing if I left it I was ignoring it. But now I know I want to stay in joy, no matter what.

To cut the leash tied to that platform of ‘real, adult problems’ And live in the groundswell of joy.
